However, we also have a refund policy which would ensure that your payments are secure in case of non-receipt of services or in case of duplicate payment.
Also, when you book your session or place an order with us, we assume that you must have read and agreed to all the policies that have been stated on the website given in footer, and also in invoice email.
Refund Requests are entertained only when a formal request is raised through the Client’s Portal Login. You can raise through the Support after Sale link option. Any communication through social media platforms, on email or through any other channel will not be deemed as formal communication.
There will be a 100% refund if the service is not delivered or duplicate payment made by the customer/user.
You may cancel your order in the next 1 hour once after the payment is done. You have to write a cancellation request to our email email@example.com and mention the order ID in the email subject. After 1 hour of order confirmation, it will not be possible to cancel because we take action on each order promptly to provide the best service to each of our customers and we assign an expert(s) or team to work on the order within 1 hour. And in later cases, the amount of refund can vary between 50% to No refund to cover the team & company's efforts to accommodate your order request.
- For orders with pending Partial Payments.
- Where the task/order deadline at the time of order confirmation(when the user makes the payment against invoice) is less than or equal to 72 hours.
- If a customer asks for some modification which is not mentioned in the original requirement at the time of order confirmation. (Requirement is changed)
- If you follow some revisions/modifications or long follow-ups in the rework/clarification case then the refund request can’t be considered. It shows you have mutually agreed with the delivered solution/service.
- No refund request will be entertained after the 30 days of service/solution delivery
- No refund will be processed on answers/service purchased from the Q&A Library section directly.
Deadline Not Met:
Sometimes it is not possible to take the session or deliver the service as on discussed time because of various unseen reasons but trust we do our 100% to deliver the services as or before discussed time. In that case we will compensate you with some discounts on the next service or give some value additions in the current order. In order to work on your order, sometimes we need some login details, dataset, input/output sample or any other material and if it was not given by you on time and then obviously our delivery time might get affected and in that case there will be no refund.
Service not as described:
In case you feel that the quality and specification of service or session delivered to you was not as described and you would like to get a refund/partial refund. In that case, you have to tell us detailed reasons about the issues in work quality and what should be there. Then it would be easy for an expert to take the concerns into consideration and rectify the issues. In case after many service revisions or sessions, the customer is still not satisfied, then the quality assurance team will conduct an investigation on the provided service. As you know these services are contextual in nature and everyone has their own way of working and understanding. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation. Keep in mind that we always want our customers to be fully satisfied. Hence, we will always do our best to treat the customer fairly and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
As you are aware of, we are into programming and analytical help and online tutoring services (live tutoring including with the study material and notes), and we do not offer any guarantee of business rank/academic grades/score. And we believe that no one can offer this. Rank/grades/scores are contextual in nature and it is possible with continuous efforts for a long time and one can try his best to achieve the maximum. Study material and notes we provide are tailored as samples draft only or as a point of reference and are not ready for submission and not to be submitted directly as one’s own work. It is for your learning only. Please keep in mind there is no guarantee.
Pre-completed Services Purchased from QA Library:
- This is a non-refundable order, for section pre-completed reference guide/study materials/questions and answers available for immediate download. You cannot claim for originality because these are available for all after making payment and it’s provided to you as a reference guide at a very marginal pricing. You cannot ask for change in requirement, or solution, it will be charged extra cost in case you have some modification in existing solution or guide.
- These are reference guides/pre-completed solutions/papers and it is available for quick download and it will be delivered to the client just after payment within 1-2 hours or maximum 6-8 hours.
Once we agree to refund on the above cases and clauses, it will take 1-7 business days from the confirmation date. Please note, that the company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
